2023-2024 Kindergarten Registration

  • Parents of incoming Kindergarten students will have the following 2 options for Kindergarten Registration for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year:

    Option 1: 
    Parents may come and register their child in person at your child's school on Thursday, April 6, 2023 from 9 am - 5 pm and complete all forms and bring required documentation listed below.
     
    Option 2: 
    Parents may print or download (pdf file) the attached forms and bring the completed forms to the school with other documentation listed below on Thursday, April 6, 2023 from 9 am - 5 pm. 
     
     
    All options require the following documentation to be turned in: 
    Required Documentation for Kindergarten Registration
    • 2 Current Proofs of Residency
    • Birth Certificate
    • Immunization Record
    • Social Security Card
